SOUTHERN NORTH COLLECTIVE

Southern North Collective is a jazz group from Malmö, Sweden. The members first connected at the music academy, brought together by their shared love for the music of Swedish jazz legend Lars Gullin. In the summer of 2024, they hit the road with a tour featuring their own fresh arrangements of Gullin’s work, performing at his birthplace and other notable venues. The band’s lineup includes saxophonists Simon Bertilsson and Vidar Santesson, bassist Gustav Sundquist, and drummer Ellen Mölck.
